First, we rebuilt the Paystack Dashboard from the ground up for= the first time in 10 years.

The way businesses use Paystack has changed. They process more = payments, use more products, and ask more complex questions about their bus= iness. The Dashboard needed to evolve with them, so we redesigned it to mat= ch the reality of how businesses operate today.

  • A few days later, on April 2, our Ghana office hosted a group of Cornell = MBA and PhD students for a conversation about Paystack's ten-year journ= ey. The conversation focused on how fintech is evolving in emerging markets= and what it actually takes to build payments infrastructure across five Af= rican countries, actually looks like from the inside.

  • In April, we hosted two developer events and one founders=E2=80= =99 mixer centered on building with AI.

    On April 25, our Nairobi team hosted an in-person developer mee= tup focused on one practical question: how are teams actually using AI to s= hip faster? Community speakers shared real workflows from their own product= s, and our Developer Relations team gave a live demo of Paystack MCP, showi= ng how AI agents can reason, act, and process payments in a single flow.

    From April 28 to 30, we co-hosted the NSBE Ghana =C3=97 Paystac= k AI Builder Workshop in Accra. Over three days of hands-on building, devel= opers learned how to ship AI products end to end, from reasoning agents to = payment integration. The goal was to move beyond theory and have attendees = leave with something they=E2=80=99d actually built.
